Essential Functions:
- Track and improve key CRM KPIs:
- Lead response time
- Capture & contact rates
- Appointment set, show, and sold metrics
- Manage structured follow-ups at 20, 30, and 60 days
- Conduct CSI follow-ups and help boost review scores
- Launch and manage mass call/text/email campaigns
- Analyze performance data and provide team support
- Automotive or BDC experience is preferred, but NOT required
- Strong phone, people, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Ability to work with data and meet performance targets
