We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Satisfaction & Performance Coordinator to help drive our customer experience forward and maximize our potential through strategic follow-up, lead response, and data management.

Essential Functions:
  • Track and improve key CRM KPIs:
    • Lead response time
    • Capture & contact rates
    • Appointment set, show, and sold metrics
  • Manage structured follow-ups at 20, 30, and 60 days
  • Conduct CSI follow-ups and help boost review scores
  • Launch and manage mass call/text/email campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and provide team support
Qualifications: 
  • Automotive or BDC experience is preferred, but NOT required
  • Strong phone, people, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with data and meet performance targets
