Bayside Auto Group is looking to hire a qualified Automotive Used Car Sales Manager. Essential Functions

· Manage and lead the used car sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability targets.

· Develop and implement strategies to increase used car sales and profits

· Analyze market trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly

· Purchase and trade-in used cars to maintain a strong inventory

· Work closely with Salespersons and Customers to negotiate and close vehicle purchases.

· Manage or participate in Sales meetings.

· Attend weekly Management meetings.

· Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service and follow-up

· Maintain an understanding regarding Internet pricing. Price vehicles to competitive standards set by the General Manager.

· Working directly with the General Manager on making recommendations on both short and long-range advertising plans, sales promotions, staffing needs, and lease promotions.

· Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

· Five (5) years of Automotive Dealership Sales Management experience is required. At least 2 years as Used Car Manager.

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Must have a valid driver’s license with a good record.

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Ability to apply basic math calculations to transactions and deals.

· A self-motivator with strong attention to detail.

· Strong leadership qualities.

· A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

· A positive attitude with excellent communication skills.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position and hours of work and days must be flexible to include evening hours and weekends.

Location This position is located in Annapolis, MD.
